It appears in my last post from 2011, I neglected to mention that I accumulated a child by then. Now, there is another one. Tessa is still around. I think she is getting a bit demented.
Obviously, I've not done any blogging. Since, facebook is in existence and my family is there, that is where I post all my thoughts. Many of the photos I take are found in Instagram.
Why am I making a post? Because my email notified me that somebody was commenting on my posts. However, when I came to check, I did not find anything. The email did show some of the content of the comments. They were mostly about British government things which I found totally bizarre.
I have not had much time for video games. Just one...Mafia Wars. Which I play on Facebook.
I work full-time and one of Helsinki University's specialised hospitals. So, I suppose between work and two children, my video game playing time is limited.
I have not made too many short films lately. Most of the video I shoot is done with my iPhone 4. I do enjoy taking photos with that, too. My old Samsung digital camera which I talked about on an old post is dead. After that, I had a Canon PowerShoot which was awesome. It was a range camera but sort of chunky for one. Finally, I got a Canon DSLR. I haven't really mastered using the video on that. I suppose I should just buy a bloody digital video camera.
A few months ago, I resurrected my old Canon SLR. I haven't developed any of the film. I mean, that I have some undeveloped film laying around and I took some photos. I can do the B&W but I have to buy new chemical, I am sure.
Other new things since 2011 have been: I got a Kindle fire and Netflix came to Finland. I used to buy books all the time. Now, I've got them easily on this device. However, because of time constraints my reading has slowed down. Perhaps, because my viewing time has increased-ouch. If I am not watching a show that has been recorded to the Elisa Viihde sphere, I am watching on Netflix. Yes, I feel a lot duller.
So, the Finnish health care system is extremely good and affordable. Having the babies was super cheap. So, was their adoption. That was possible because Finland allows second parent adoption. The daycare system is awesome, too.
